focal point for many sports in Cheddar is the Kings
of Wessex Leisure Centre, which has a pool, with
racket sport courts, a sports hall, plus dance studio and
gym. It also offers facilities

Cheddar Rugby Club - welcomes all children from 6 to 15. Organises the annual Cheddar Rugby Tournament for Somerset.
Cheddar Tennis Club
Plays in the North Somerset League and also has social tennis and coaching for all.

Cheddar has no soft play areas, but an outdoor playground with swings and slides is available in Hannah More Park in the centre of the village.
